I had some free time today since it 100 degrees
outside today, so I installed some cruddy XCams outside. Take a look by clicking "Live Audio/Video Stream".

I am beta testing a new version of HomeSeer (v2.0). It is
a radical change, so there will definately be problems. Please forgive me if my response times to Voice Mail/Email is slow
since I may not get paged (or even receive the voice mail at all!).

I am running the new pulver.Communicator software as my VoIP phone. It now
includes integrated instant messaging from Yahoo!, MSN, AOL and ICQ. Works extremely well. Get your own FWD number
and download the software HERE.

Added a button on the left side to call us (Voice) using a broadband connection
from anywhere on the net (For FREE!). All you need is a Microphone and Speakers. For more information on FreeWorldDialup, visit http://www.freeworlddialup.com. This
is a True, standards based (SIP) VoIP (Voice over IP) Phone service, not some proprietary system like SKYPE.

Had a drive go bad on the server, so I was offline for 2 days. New HD is in place and the website should be fully restored. Please let me know if you see any problems. HomeSeer is next on the
list to get up and running.

Installed a new weather station
(because a simple rain guage just won't do). Real-time weather info (updated once per minute) is available at weather.froco.com and
includes temp, wind speed and direction, rainfall info, etc.

Added ability to view
other FitFamily participants Weight log and Transaction logs by clicking their name within
the groups summary.

transaction log to the bottom of their summary page so they can see why they owe as much as they do!

Added a streaming
video feed from inside the house. Surveillance cameras are currently located throughout
the house with the ability to view and switch cameras from the web. (login required) for
obvious reasons.

Added new analysis and charting
to the Fit Family area to track progress for participants. Next will be money tracking and
possibly some more analytics if I get ambitious.

Created and added the "Fit Family" component so my family and I can compete to see who

The pictures from the Rowdy 2003 Fishing Trip have been posted under Fishing Pictures. I didn't
get as many pictures as I would have liked.. but it is too late now!

Bought a new Digital camera to use for the Canada trip coming up next month. It isn't as good as the 4mp Minolta,
but this should be good for fishing pics. It is a Nikon Coolpix 2500 and I picked it up new for $149. Some samples pics are on the menu on the left.

to all photo index pages so you can easily pic out the photos you want to view.

Added code to process
.mov files (Quicktime) as output by the new digital cameras. Also added many new photos that were taken
with the Minolta S414. Added new navigation links to better navigate through pictures and directories.

Coded New Image viewer for all Photos. You can
now easily click through from photo to photo (like a slideshow). Also added
ability to view video clips during the slideshow.
